In order to get a truly understand about American market, we did a marketing research for several months. only Thermoking can be seen in American countries, it was a dominant brand there whose price is very high. In 2017, we started the procedure to sell Corunclima commercial refrigeration units directly. In June, 2017, The first container with Corunclima A/C and commercial refrigeration equipment arrived.
At first, the Mexican partners don't trust truck refrigeration unit manufacturers. In their view, equipment made in China is of poor quality and has no after-sales service.Our partner rencool((alias) felt the same way for the first time.Our country managers told them about our products and the company's strengths and Shared many successful cases from other regions.The client was impressed by the professionalism of our country manager and decided to give it a try.
They changed their mind after testing our engine-powered refrigerator V300F. The cooling time is even faster, reaching -20c in an hour and a half, even if the ambient temperature exceeds 38C. Besides, we also provide professional truck refrigeration installation support, maintenance advice, timely after-sales service, large-scale project development support as well as major customer development support, which make us get customer recognition.
So they have already gave up another famous brand cooperation, setting up long term stable relationship with Corunclima like many other customers. Up to now, our services area can cover for 60%-70% regions till now. Customers’ feedback always is good, we have cooperated with many companies, and some are from other countries.
