1.Warranty Terms

If your product requires troubleshooting or warranty service, contact your technician or contact Corunclima directly by email: gm@corunclima.com In any warranty claim, dated proof of installation, pictures of failure parts, error code show on controller, must accompany the product and the product must not have been disassembled or modified without prior written authorization by Corunclima.

2.Warranty Time?

Warranty Time: One Year from installation date. Extend the warranty time to 2 years to 5 years are optional.

3.Lead Time?

Lead time: less than 100sets/order, the lead time is 3weeks. more than 100sets/order, the lead time is 4weeks. in Mexico and South-Africa, the lead time less than 30sets/order, the lead time is one day. we have warehouse in Mexico and South-Africa.

4.Payment terms?

Payment terms: T/T, L/C, D/P, West Union.

5.Transport Port?

we can make transportation by sea, by air, by Express. if by sea, we accept Qingdao, Tianjin, Shanghai seaport. if by air, all Chinese airports are available. if by express, we have good relationship with TNT, Fedex, DHL, EMS, all these are available.

6.Bank Account information?

7.Do you have dealer in our countries?

We have warehouse in Mexico and South africa, and have dealers in more than 30 countries, please contact directly to check whether there is dealer in your country.

We are also looking for dealer to better service customer.

8.How do i become an authorized dealer?

We have a dealer application form that you can fill out and send to info@corunclima.com you must have ability: 1) Workshop for showing, installation, repair. 2) Technician to making installation, maintenance, repair etc. We supply the training of this too. 3) You must have products and Spare parts in stock.

9.Can your product be used in the tropics?

Of course. We have made a lot of changes for tropical areas, such as increasing the condenser, changing the rubber parts and so on. We also have a lot of installations in tropical regions, such as the UAE, Bahrain, and Australia.

10. Will you send someone to the installation site for technical support?

Installation training is available. In addition to the installation manual, we also provide online and on-site technical guidance. We recommend training at the same time as installation

11. The road conditions are bad and the vibration is severe. Will it affect the service life of the air conditioner and accelerate the damage to the air conditioner?

Durability is the first priority of all corunclima products. Our product designs are all shock-proof designs, and the assembly design of the parts takes into account the shock-proof shock; but if the road conditions are too bad and the time is long, certain parts may be damaged.
