With the increasing demand for refrigerated products in the market, refrigerated trucks have become more common. However, there are still many people who are not very clear about the use of refrigerated truck refrigerators, and some wrong use methods may reduce the service life of the refrigerator. Today, corunclima would like to introduce to you a few precautions when using refrigerated truck refrigerators.
1. When using an engine-driven refrigeration unit, the engine must be started first. When using in winter, the engine should be warmed up for 3-5 minutes before starting the refrigeration unit.
2. The refrigerated truck unit is not frequently used in winter. The refrigeration unit should be turned on regularly 1-2 times a week and run for about 10 minutes to keep the refrigeration unit working normally to avoid sinking of the compressor lubricating oil and insufficient lubrication of the components.
3. Regularly check the deflection of the compressor belt. If the compressor belt is too loose, the faulty compressor clutch slips and the belt creaks, and there is a tensioner on the generator. The compressor belt can be adjusted by tightening a tension pulley with a wrench to remove the fault.
If it is a newly purchased refrigerated truck, after one week of use, the compressor belt of the refrigerator must be tightened. The belt of the refrigerator is normal. A pressure difference of 5 mm is normal when a finger is pressed hard. If the belt is too tight, the horsepower of the engine will be lost. If the belt is too loose, the belt will slip and wear out.
4. At high speed, the chiller cannot be started, only low speed. When stopping, stop the refrigeration unit first.
5. Do not start the refrigerated truck unit for a long time when the engine is at idle speed or when the engine is at low speed to avoid battery loss.
6. When driving at low speed, do not start the refrigerated truck unit for a long time to avoid battery loss.
