Daily inspection and maintenance of refrigerated truck refrigeration unit
The refrigeration effect and performance of the refrigerated unit directly affect the quality of the refrigerated truck, so how should the daily inspection and maintenance of the refrigerated truck refrigerated unit be performed?
1. Refuel the refrigeration unit of the refrigerated truck
I. Connect one end of the fueling pipe to the fueling valve at the intake end of the compressor, slightly open the fueling valve, use the pressure in the system to exhaust the air in the fueling pipe, and insert the other end into the oil drum.
II. Close the system refrigerant supply valve appropriately, and adjust the suction low pressure alarm setting to avoid stopping due to low pressure.
III. When the suction pressure is lower than the atmospheric pressure, open the refueling valve and the oil will automatically enter the compressor.
2. Replenish refrigerant to the refrigerator of refrigerated truck refrigeration unit
I. Connect one end of the fluoride pipe to the fluoride port of the system, and the other end to the fluorine bottle, and drive out the air in the pipe through the fluoride hose.
II. Open the valve of the fluorine bottle first, and then open the valve at the fluorine port after confirming that there is no leakage.
III. The R23 system should have the bottle mouth facing up, and the R404A system should have the bottle mouth facing down to ensure rapid fluorine addition.
IV. When the fluorine addition is finished, the valve of the fluorine bottle should be closed first, and then the valve of the fluoride port should be closed.
3. Vent the air to the refrigerator of the refrigerating truck refrigeration unit
I. The high-temperature system should be carried out during shutdown, and the low-temperature system should be carried out during operation.
II. The specific operation should be careful, and the wire plug should not be opened too large, and should not be far away from the scene.
III. The air venting operation should be carried out several times. Do not vent too much at a time, so as not to release excessive refrigerant.
