Today corunclima will share with you how to install truck refrigeration system.

1.refrigeration unit installation

The refrigeration unit is located as close as possible to the evaporator, which is easy to maintain and has good heat dissipation. If you need to move the installation, you need the corresponding rain shed. The refrigeration unit needs to be equipped with anti-vibration washers on the four corners, the installation level is firm, and it is not easy to be touched by people.

2. Radiator installation of refrigeration unit

The radiator is placed near the refrigeration unit. It is best to place the refrigeration unit in the upper position, and the radiator installation position has the best heat dissipation environment. The suction port cannot face the outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas. The air outlet cannot be short-circuited.

3. Copper pipe discharge of refrigeration unit

All copper pipes need to be wound together with air-conditioning cable ties and co-conducting wires, and straight pipes should be neatly fixed in sections.

4. Wire discharge

All wires should be protected by corrugated hoses or wire troughs, and the temperature display wires should not be aligned with the wires.

5. Refrigeration unit system connection

Since the condenser and evaporator of the truck refrigeration system are pressure-sealed, there should be pressure when the seal is opened. Through this we can check whether there is a leak. Also pay attention to dust prevention during construction to prevent dust from entering the pipe, condenser→refrigeration unit→evaporator, the copper pipe is connected by welding, and the interface should be firm and beautiful.

The above are the precautions for the installation of truck refrigeration system. If you have any questions about the installation and selection of refrigeration units, please feel free to contact us.
