1. Components of refrigerated truck refrigeration unit: temperature controller for display equipment in the cab, on-board compressor for refrigeration unit power source, refrigeration unit condenser (outer unit), refrigeration unit evaporator (inner unit).
2. When using an engine-driven refrigeration unit in winter, warm up the engine for 3-5 minutes before starting the refrigeration unit.
3. The refrigeration unit is not frequently used in winter. The refrigeration unit should be turned on regularly 1-2 times a week and run for about 10 minutes to keep the refrigeration unit working normally to avoid sinking of the compressor lubricating oil and inadequate lubrication of the components.
4. Regularly check the deflection of the compressor belt. If the compressor belt is too loose, the faulty compressor clutch slips and the belt creaks, and there is a tensioner on the generator. The compressor belt can be adjusted by tightening a tension pulley with a wrench to remove the fault.
5. How to make the refrigeration unit cool down quickly:
A. The engine speed is not less than 1500 rpm to ensure the normal operation of the vehicle engine.
B. When the vehicle is running, the condenser of the refrigeration unit has good heat dissipation.
C. The effect of heating the goods inside the box is obvious. Because the air humidity is high, the empty box cools slowly.
D. Ensure that the refrigerant is not missing. Generally, there is no fluorine leakage, and the refrigerant does not need to be added.
