First of all, refrigerated trucks should avoid prolonged idling and high-speed driving for a long time. Both methods increase the workload of the engine and keep the engine in working condition for a long time, which is not conducive to the maintenance of the engine.
Secondly, if the engine of the refrigerated truck is in a low temperature or low speed working state for a long time, the combustible mixture cannot be fully burned when the engine is running in a low temperature or low speed state, and the insufficiently combusted mixed gas and the infiltrated trace lubricating oil are mixed in the combustion chamber. Carbon deposits are gradually formed in the relatively low temperature parts of the refrigerated vehicle engine, such as the valve, spark plug and the inner side of the throttle. Therefore, it is necessary to do a good job in the prevention of carbon deposits, clean and maintain the engine regularly to avoid prolonged idling;
3. The rear refrigerated truck should use the correct labelled fuel. If the low-grade fuel is used, it will not only cause poor refueling and body shake, but also cause insufficient combustion and increase emissions. In addition to carbon dioxide, these emissions include carbon monoxide, nitrogen oxides, and larger particles.
