Specifications For The Use Of Refrigerated Trucks(1)

Feb 25,2022View: 125

Correct operation and use of refrigerated trucks is not only the key to ensuring the quality of temperature-controlled goods, but also the key to ensuring the normal operation of transport refrigeration system.

Before loading:

Special reminder: refrigerated trucks are used to maintain the temperature of the transported goods, not to cool the goods. There is a huge risk in loading goods that have not been pre-cooled in the cold storage, so be careful when loading;

1. It is recommended to park the refrigerated truck in a cool place and avoid sun exposure as much as possible, otherwise the sealed insulation box will sharply increase the temperature in the box.

2. It is recommended to use pallets during transportation.The distance between the cargo and the front and side panels of the refrigerated box is 60-80MM, the bottom panel is 200MM, and the cargo is 200MM lower than the evaporator. It is recommended to install the front panel, side panel, and bottom panel.

Some goods (such as fruits, vegetables, and chilled meat) that can generate heat by themselves (field heat and breathing heat) must be stacked to ensure that the airflow completely flows through the goods to remove heat, which is called airflow stacking; goods that cannot generate heat can be tightly packed. Stacked in the middle of the box (such as frozen fish, frozen meat, ice cream);

If there is no pre-cooled goods (fruits and vegetables and other heating goods) forcibly loaded, it is recommended to install diagonal blinds, first use the air flow to take away the heat, and then turn on the refrigeration unit.

3. Cargo pre-cooling: Confirm the temperature of the cargo before loading. The transport refrigeration unit can only play the role of maintaining the temperature of the cargo. If it is used to cool the cargo with its limited cooling capacity, it is not only difficult to achieve, but also consumes a lot of fuel.

The goods should be pre-cooled to the normal storage temperature. For example, the cold fresh meat is quick-frozen at minus 18 degrees for 1 hour, and the acid is discharged to 0-4 degrees after 24 hours. Use a thermometer to measure whether the temperature of the goods is qualified, and the goods with qualified temperature can be loaded into the truck.

4. Pre-cooling of the compartment: The refrigerated compartment should be pre-cooled before loading, so that the heat in the box can be discharged to ensure the quality of the goods. It should be noted that the pre-cooling temperature of the car body should be consistent with the normal storage and transportation temperature of the goods, and the cooling machine temperature and defrosting should be adjusted to the appropriate program.

5. Manual defrosting when the car body is pre-cooled; if the required temperature of the cargo is lower than 4 degrees, it is necessary to perform a manual defrosting when the car is pre-cooled to remove the frost accumulated on the evaporator coil and improve the cooling effect. , to speed up the pre-cooling speed.
