What is the cooling effect of the truck refrigeration unit?

In fact, we often hear about this kind of problem. The following truck refrigeration unit manufacturers will come to tell you what is going on here;

First of all, we should note that when stacking goods, do not stack too much cargo in front of the evaporator outlet, otherwise it will hinder the circulation of cold air, and the blockage above the cargo will cause short circuit of cold airflow. A minimum distance of 220 mm must be maintained between the top of the cargo and the roof. Make sure that the height of the loaded cargo is not higher than the equilibrium height of the air outlet. If the front of the air outlet is blocked by the cargo or too close to the cargo, it will not only affect the storage and transportation temperature of the cargo, but also affect the normal operation of the refrigeration unit.

On the other hand, some of the defrosting designs of refrigeration units use air induction to defrost.

When the cargo is too close to the air outlet, the coil in the evaporator of the refrigeration unit in the vehicle will quickly frost or freeze. At this time, the air induction system will operate and the unit will quickly enter the defrost state.

When the coil temperature rises back to 9 degrees (design temperature), the defrosting immediately ends. Therefore, the refrigeration unit will have the above-mentioned operation of the cycle, which will result in the temperature drop in the car body. The intuitive feeling for everyone is that the refrigeration unit frequently performs defrosting work, but the temperature inside the box has no obvious temperature drop.

Basically, the refrigeration unit is frequently operated because the cargo in the compartment is too high and too much, but the temperature of the compartment cannot be lowered.
