I. Regular cleaning of the cooling system of refrigerated trucks
The cooling system of refrigerated trucks should be cleaned regularly, preferably twice a year. And when the season changes in spring and summer every year, the engine water tank of the small refrigerated truck is removed from the car for a thorough cleaning, and the entire refrigeration system of the small refrigerated truck is comprehensively inspected, so that hidden troubles can be eliminated.
2.Pre-cooling of small refrigerated vehicle compartments in advance
Refrigeration units of refrigerated trucks are used to maintain the temperature of the goods, not to reduce the temperature of the goods. In the sun, the compartment of a refrigerated truck is like an oven. If the compartment is not pre-cooled before loading, then the goods will be heated by the hot air and the compartment board immediately, and the temperature of the goods will rise before use. The cooling speed of the cooler is slower. The recommended steps are as follows:
①. Open the door of the refrigerated truck, swing the door vigorously, let the outside air enter the cabin and circulate several times to exhaust the hot air.
②. Before closing the door of the refrigerated truck, turn on the refrigeration unit for 5 minutes to allow the evaporator fan to work to generate air convection to better discharge the hot air. At the same time, let the cooler adapt to the ambient temperature.
③. Close the door of the refrigerated truck, set the engine speed to about 2000 rpm, and turn off the refrigerating unit after pre-cooling the refrigerated truck compartment (air) to the temperature required to transport the goods.
④. Speed as fast as possible when loading, and at the same time pay attention to make room for the air circulation of the cooler.
3. When the temperature is too high, try to park the refrigerated truck in a cool place
In summer, the refrigerated truck itself is exposed to the scorching sun, and the body temperature will be much higher than usual, especially the temperature of the water tank and engine will be greatly increased. If the engine temperature of the small refrigerated truck is too high, it will damage the cylinder head gasket, burn out the bearing bush, and cause damage. Mechanical accident. In order to prevent the engine temperature from being too high, the following points should be noted:
①. Add enough cooling water.
②. Check whether the thermostat is normal. If the thermostat cannot open the large valve in time according to the regulations, it must be replaced with a new product in time. If the new product cannot be replaced in time, the thermostat can be temporarily removed. Never put a faulty thermostat at the outlet of the water jacket.
③. Park in a cool place as much as possible, pay attention to the indication reading of the water temperature meter while driving, and the temperature should not exceed 95°C. In special circumstances, the engine hood can be lifted to facilitate ventilation and heat dissipation.
