Insulated compartment:

In addition to materials, the thickness of the compartment board also determines the quality of the insulation effect. The thicker the insulation layer of the compartment board, the better the insulation effect, but the internal space in the compartment is reduced and the cargo load is reduced. Choose the corresponding box according to the transported items. For example, refrigerated trucks for transporting cold and fresh meat require customized meat hanging slides; refrigerated trucks for transporting a variety of items to stores, with small batches and many varieties, require multi-temperature refrigerated trucks.

 

Choose the corresponding compartment according to the required temperature of the item. If the small shop is transported to and fro frequent loading and unloading, the door needs to be opened frequently, and the required car body is also different.

 

2.Chassis:

 

When choosing a chassis for a refrigerated truck, it is necessary to consider the structure and carrying capacity of the chassis, fuel-saving performance, and emission standards according to the tonnage and road conditions of the cargo.

 

Compared with ordinary truck chassis, the stability of refrigerated trucks needs to be considered. The quality of the transportation environment has a relatively large impact on the refrigerated trucks. If the goods are left for a long time due to road failures and lead to deterioration of the goods, the loss will be very huge.

 

3.Transport Refrigeration unit

 

According to the source of power, it can be divided into non-independent units and independent units. The non-independent refrigeration unit does not have an engine, and the compressor is driven by the vehicle's own engine. The independent refrigeration unit has its own engine and does not need to be driven by the vehicle's engine.

 

There is also a unit drive that does not use a belt system, but transmits power through an electric system. This type of unit is called an all-electric unit. This unit has low fuel consumption, stable performance and simple maintenance. It is the most advanced product in the industry.
