Last month, our engineer flied to Thailand to provide technical training to our client.
The client's main business is the installation of refrigerating units and boxes for trucks.The company was just established, and in February they visited our truck transport refrigeration.They spoke highly of the quality of our products, truck refrigeration parts, impressed by the attentive service of our staffs and the expertise of our engineers.
But they had some concerns about installation and debug because they don't have many experienced technicians. Our country manager told them we are not just offering products, We will recommend suitable products, or customized products, technical guidance, as well as truck refrigeration service, such as remote and on-site technical support. The customer's doubt was completely dispelled.
The customer ordered our C300F V350F V300F V450F V550F in August. When the customer received the truck fridge units, our engineers flied to Thailand to assist the customer to test the products on site. Engineers also trained them how to build laboratory, how to test the unit, how to debug the unit, maintenance cycle and matters needing attention.
