In September, Our client from Limpopo, South Africa has fitted a number of air conditioners for earth moving machines and agricultural vehicles T20B onto the mining machines in the mines. Now summer is
starting, all the units are working excellently around the mining site, even in the dusty and bumpy working environment.
Earlier in 2019, we get the customer's inquiry to ask for more information about our rooftop electric aircon unit T20B. They have a lot of clients from mines in Limpopo, South Africa. According to the description on our website, they think the air conditioner for machinery T20B should be a better choice in the mines, compared to the units they are using now.
After a series of communication about the technical details. In August, they bought a testing unit of air condition for excavator T20B to fit on their client’s Komatsu excavator. The technicians of customer feed-backed the air conditioning units for excavators T20B has a rather good cooling effect, they believed it will meet all kinds of small cabs in the mines. The customer told our country manager they will market this rooftop unit to all clients have heavy duty machines like bulldozer, heavy trucks, excavators etc. Because T20B not only has an excellent performance on cooling, the most outstanding feature for an installer is, it requires very little labour to fit it. The technicians like the monoblock design, they don’t need to do the gassing before the installation, just fix it on the top and connect the electrical wire, it can start work, “it is amazing”, they appraised.
The workshop manager of customer pointed out that he love the electric compressor we have adapted for the unit, “our clients like it, it saves fuel, and they can turn off the engine when the machine is just hold over there.” He said, “the electric compressor makes this unit perfect to work on the heavy duty machines.”
From September, the customer start to use aftermarket air conditioning for heavy equipment T20B to do mass installation on the mining machines of their clients in Limpopo. In the mining sites, the working environment is rather severe for an Air Conditioner unit, all the dust will affect the performance of the electric components, and the bumpy ground will bring loads of shock and vibrating to the aircon body. Benefited from the advanced design of insulation and shock proof on our aircon unit, all the units are working well without any fault. The mines operators are satisfied with the new aircon they have bought recently.
