1. Remove the bottom cover
2. Remove the oil pressure switch
3. Screw the oil pressure gauge into the mounting hole of the oil pressure switch
4. Raise the engine temperature to normal working temperature
5. Start the engine at the specified speed and pay attention to the reading of the pressure gauge: if the pressure value does not meet the requirements of the technical specifications, check the cause, repair, and replace if necessary.
6. Engine cooling such as flameout
7. Remove the oil pressure gauge (note: if the sealant at the oil pressure switch is blocked, it may cause the operation function of the oil pressure switch to fail. Therefore, be careful not to apply sealant on the end of the oil pressure switch)
8. Apply silicone sealant on the threads of the oil pressure switch
9. Oil pressure switch installation
10. Bottom cover installation
11. Start the engine and check for oil leakage. If oil leakage is found, the faulty parts should be found and repaired or replaced.
