1. Listen for abnormal noise.
2. Compressor oil. After the fridge unit has been working for 15 minutes, you should see the compressor oil level on the sight glass.
3. Pre-cooling.
Adjust the set value of the temperature controller to the temperature required for the transportation of the goods, and allow the refrigeration unit to run for at least half an hour before the goods are loaded (it should be longer if possible).
The pre-cooling before loading will remove the residual heat in the refrigerated box and prepare for loading to prevent the temperature of the cargo from increasing after loading. Pre-cooling is also a test and inspection of the performance of the refrigeration system.
4. Defrost. When the equipment has finished pre-cooling the organism, press the manual defrost switch to start the defrost cycle. Within 5 to 20 minutes, the defrost will end automatically.
