1. Before loading, the car must be pre-cooled or preheated for about 1.5h. Because the vehicle is parked in the open air, usually the temperature of the cabin is the temperature of the external environment. After the cargo is loaded into the compartment, the ambient temperature in the compartment will affect the temperature of the transported cargo, which will result in a change in the quality of the transported cargo. Therefore, the carriage must be pre-loaded before loading. Cool to the necessary temperature.
2. The refrigeration unit must be shut down when loading and unloading goods. Many people do not turn off the refrigeration unit when loading and unloading the goods. This is a very wrong operation. The principle is: when the car is pre-cooled, if it is not turned off, when the car is opened, the fan of the evaporator of the refrigeration unit is working, the fan The front side is positive pressure, the back side is negative pressure, so the cold air is blown out from the upper part of the compartment, and the lower part will quickly suck in the outside hot air, which will cause the temperature inside the compartment to rise rapidly. If the cargo is loaded and unloaded after shutdown, the fan is stopped. In the state, the air flow stops, and the wind pressure inside and outside the cabin is uniform, so that the speed at which the external hot air is transferred into the cabin is relatively slow.
3. When using a refrigerated truck, the floor of the carriage should be kept clean. Due to the action of the evaporator fan, air circulates in the cabin, causing debris or dirt on the ground to be drawn in by the evaporator fan. The long-term effect will cause a large number of magazines to be sucked into the evaporator coil, thus affecting the refrigeration performance of the refrigeration unit.
4. Proper packaging is essential to protect the goods. For frozen goods, they should be packed in different air packages. Because the wind blows over the surface of the frozen cargo, the moisture in the cargo is lost, resulting in a decline in the quality of the cargo.
5. Do not stack the goods too high when loading. Make sure that the loading height is not higher than the plane height of the air outlet. When loading, be sure to use double-sided pallets to load the goods to ensure the circulation of cold air on the ground.
