1. The market is small and the competition is fierce

The sales of major automotive refrigeration unit manufacturers have not changed much in China. The total demand is kept between 3,000 and 4,000 units. Refrigerator unit production and sales manufacturers said that in recent years, the United States Great Cold King Company has begun to develop products suitable for the Chinese market, and launched economic products. Since the US Carrier Group has always relied on imports, its market has a lower competitive advantage. Therefore, since 2005, it has to start production in China to improve its competitive advantage in the future. In the next three to five years, the competition of refrigeration units will become more and more fierce, and the price war will become the inevitable development of the market.

2, product quality is uneven

Due to the absence of refrigeration unit industry standards, product quality is uneven. Transportation refrigeration unit production and sales manufacturers pointed out that imitation products and modified products are flooding the entire refrigeration unit market, which not only restricts the development of formal enterprises, but also delays the development speed of China's refrigeration vehicle refrigeration unit industry. The refrigeration unit brand has grown from the beginning of the two imports (American Cold King and Carrier), a domestic (Han Shui brand) three brands, to the current 7-8 imported brands, nearly 20 domestic brands.

3. Imported brands dominate the high-end product market

In 2006, imported brands such as Mitsubishi, Lengwang, Carrier, and others controlled 90% of the independent refrigeration unit market. Vehicle refrigeration unit production and sales manufacturers indicate that vehicle refrigeration units are generally divided into two categories: one is an independent unit, that is, one with its own engine; the other is a non-independent unit, that is, the compressor is directly driven by the automobile chassis engine. . Due to the difficulty in manufacturing independent units and high technical content, imported brands have dominated the independent refrigeration unit market.
