The standby system of the refrigerated truck is the second cooling power source. When the engine of the chassis is not working or malfunctions, the standby system can be used as a temporary cooling solution to solve some emergencies, and the refrigerated truck can also be used as a temporary cold storage.

After the refrigerated truck is equipped with a standby unit, when the refrigerated truck engine stops working, through the standby system of the external power supply, the compressor can also maintain the temperature in the compartment, keeping our goods fresh. Truck refrigeration unit with standby is suitable for long-distance transportation. Refrigerator trucks over 7 meters are more suitable.

Standby system composition: motor, independent compressor, external power cord, refrigerant pipeline, etc., independent of the compressor of the original truck refrigeration unit..

Working principle: Use an external power cord to rotate the motor, drive the independent compressor to work, and provide circulating refrigerant to make the refrigeration unit work, without the chassis engine running.

Installation location:-generally installed next to the girder of the refrigerated truck. It is also installed inside the box of a refrigerated truck, with a small side door open next to it.

The standby electrical system make sure the vehicle keep working when parking with external power. To put it simply, the non-independent refrigeration unit generally relies on the engine to drive the compressor of the refrigeration unit. After the engine stops, the refrigeration unit stops working. If a standby system is installed, it can be directly connected to the external power supply after the engine stops. The refrigeration unit can still work, providing a preset refrigeration and preservation stability for the cabinet.
