1. Always pay attention to the temperature of the carriage to prevent damage to the cargo.

Once the temperature of the carriage is unstable, too cold or too hot during transportation, the goods cannot be kept fresh for a long time and are easily damaged.

Different goods have different requirements for the temperature of the carriage. The temperature setting range during the specific transportation process also needs to be determined according to the specific conditions of storage and transportation. In the transportation process, it is also necessary to always pay attention to the temperature of the carriage. If the temperature is too high, the temperature needs to be lowered, and if the temperature is too low, the temperature needs to be increased.

2. In addition to paying attention to during transportation, loading and unloading is no exception.

Before loading

a. According to the temperature requirements of the transported goods, pre-cool the carriages in advance until they reach the suitable temperature for loading.

b. If the humidity in the cabinet is heavy, it can be manually or automatically defrosted, and it can generally be controlled by a temperature controller.

c. Before loading, check whether the internal equipment such as the evaporator fan of truck refrigerator is equipped with protective equipment to prevent accidental damage during loading and unloading.

 

When loading

a. Try not to open the door too big to reduce the ingress of heat and moisture.

b. Be careful not to block the air inlet and outlet of the evaporator when loading.

c. According to different goods to be transported, some space should be reserved in the carriage, and some distance should be reserved for the goods, the roof and the front of the carriage to ensure that the air-conditioning can flow fully.

d. Place a cargo pallet between the cargo and the compartment floor to ensure that the bottom air-conditioning can circulate.

Special attention should be paid to that before closing the door, make sure that no one is in the cargo box before closing the door tightly!

 

In addition, the vehicle chassis, compartment refrigeration unit, backup power supply, etc. must be frequently checked and repaired to ensure that it can work normally, so that it will not fail during transportation causing damage to the goods. At the same time, clean the compartments frequently to ensure the safety of food transportation.
