In addition to extracting the vapor in the evaporator in time to maintain low temperature and low pressure, it also increases the pressure and temperature of the refrigerant vapor through compression, creating The conditions under which the heat of the refrigerant vapor is transferred to the external ambient medium.

1-2. Condenser, the condenser is a heat exchange device, which uses the ambient cooling medium (air or water) to take away the heat of the high temperature and high pressure refrigeration vapor from the cold compressor to cool and condense the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant.

1-3. The throttling element (ie the expansion valve), the high-pressure and normal-temperature refrigerant liquid is directly sent to the low-temperature scale evaporator, and the pressure of the refrigerant liquid is reduced according to the corresponding principle of saturation pressure and saturation temperature, thereby reducing the refrigerant liquid. temperature.

1-4. Evaporator, the evaporator is also a heat exchange device. The throttling low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant liquid evaporates (boiling) into vapor in it, absorbs the heat of the cooled material, reduces the temperature of the material, and achieves the purpose of freezing and refrigerating food. In the air conditioner, the surrounding air is cooled to achieve the effect of cooling and dehumidifying the air.

2. Truck freezer units Includs independent units and non independent units. Most of them are non-independent coolers, and the power source of the compressor is the vehicle engine. Therefore, when using the refrigeration unit, the engine must be started first. When using in winter, the engine should be preheated for 3-5 minutes before starting the refrigeration unit. For when the refrigeration unit is not used frequently. Especially in winter, the refrigeration unit of the refrigerated truck is not often used. 3. Regularly check the tightness of the compressor belt of the refrigerated truck. If the compressor belt is too loose, it will cause the compressor clutch to slip and the belt to squeak, slow down the working frequency of the compressor, and weaken the cooling effect. There is a tensioning wheel on the compressor belt, which can be adjusted appropriately. Tighten a tensioning wheel with a wrench to adjust the compressor belt and remove the fault.

4. Working principle of the refrigeration unit, and let the refrigeration unit of the refrigerated truck cool down quickly:

4-1. The engine speed should not be lower than 1500 rpm to ensure the fast and efficient operation of the compressor of the refrigeration unit.

4-2. During the driving process of the refrigerated truck, ensure that the condenser of the refrigeration unit has good heat dissipation. (Regularly clean the condenser sundries)

4-3. For the goods inside the box, the cooling effect is obvious. Because the air humidity is high, the empty box cools down slowly.

4-4. To ensure that the refrigerant of the refrigerated truck is not missing, generally there is no leakage of fluorine, and the refrigerant does not need to be added.

5. In addition, pay attention to the following points when using refrigerated trucks:

5-1. When the vehicle is running at high speed, the refrigeration unit cannot be started, but only at low speed. When parking, stop the refrigeration unit first.

5-2. Do not start the refrigeration unit for a long time when the engine is parked at idling speed or the engine is at low speed, so as to avoid battery power loss.

5-3. When driving at low speed, do not start the refrigeration unit for a long time to avoid battery loss.

5-4. If it is a newly purchased refrigerated truck, after a week of use, the compressor belt of the refrigeration unit must be fastened. The belt of the refrigeration unit of the refrigerated truck is normal. It is normal for a pressure difference of 5 mm to appear when a finger is pressed hard. If the belt is too tight, the horsepower of the engine will be lost, and if the belt is too loose, the belt will slip and the belt will wear and tear.
