1.As the refrigerant is greatly affected by the local temperature and the length of the system pipeline. If the refrigerant of electric truck refrigeration units has been filled before delivery, please reconfirm whether the sight glass is static or not after receiving electric refrigeration units, and decide whether to add or release it according to the feedback of the sight glass.
2. The current is mainly affected by ambient temperature, interior temperature and system pressure. Under normal circumstances, the current is the largest when starting. The lower the temperature, the lower the current.
3.Before installing dc powered refrigeration units for truck, please confirm that the output current of the on-board generator must be greater than the maximum current required by the product. It is recommended to be 1.2 times the current required by the product.
4. The engine needs to be started during test run. After commissioning, the engine can be turned off and work with on-board battery.
5. After vacuuming and maintaining pressure, the refrigerant of electric truck refrigeration units can only be charged from the low pressure side. First, invert the refrigerant bottle upside down and charge it by itself. When there is no foam in the sight glass, start the unit to charge. After starting, first confirm whether the compressor is working. The standard is that the pressure gauge has a high and low pressure difference. When the refrigerant charge is turned off, the pressure difference increases. Otherwise, the compressor does not work.
