One,Cleaning of evaporator and condenser.The evaporator and condenser mainly change the surrounding temperature through heat exchange with the air. It is especially important to keep the surface clean.

1. Clean the bugs and catkins on the surface of the condenser, and clean the sundries from top to bottom with a small brush.Then wash the surface of the condenser with clean water, preferably with a pressurized water gun, not too much pressure, but also from the top to bottom cleaning. When cleaning, a lot of black dirty water will flow out of the condenser shell, please continue cleaning until the water is relatively clean. Check the gap between the condenser fan and the box board for branches and other sundries. If so, please clean it in time.The above behaviors must be carried out after the small truck refrigeration units is closed.

2. Cleaning evaporator, most of the evaporator are made of copper row, the distance between the fins are generally 3-6mm, cleaning will be easier than the condenser, directly with the water gun to increase the brush cleaning.

Two,Pre-cool the vehicle. It is known that small truck refrigeration units are used to maintain cargo temperature, not to cool them.If the box is not pre-cooling, then the first time the goods are heated by hot air and compartment board, the temperature of the goods increased. The recommended steps are as follows:

1, Open the door, vigorously swing the door, let the outside air into the refrigerated box to circulate a few times to make the hot air out.

2, Before closing the door, first open the refrigeration unit for 5 minutes, let the evaporator fan work to produce air convection and make the hot air better discharge.

3. Close the door of the carriage, set the engine speed at around 2000 RPM, and close the refrigeration unit after the pre-cooling carriage (air) reaches the required temperature for transporting goods.

4, Loading as fast as possible, at the same time to pay attention to leave room for the wind circulation.

Three. Check whether the parts of the cooler work normally (observe in the pre-cooling of the carriage, because the fault of the cooler is not easy to check and eliminate after loading)

1. Check whether the belt or bracket screws are loose (if the belt is loose, there will be a sharp friction sound at high speed.If the screw is loose, there will be a squeak of metal crash sound, but because the engine is too loud, the need to open the front inspection.Or use tools to tighten and reinforce the compressor screws after shutting down the engine and refrigeration units.

2. Observe whether the surface of the relatively thick pipe (low pressure pipe) coming out of the compressor is cold (generally, there will be water droplets or a feeling of moisture on the outer wall of the pipe joint or connection with the compressor).If it is hot, please report for repair immediately.The above points are the matters needing attention for the use and maintenance of refrigerated vehicles.
