The refrigerating unit of the refrigerated truck is the core part of the small refrigerated truck. The temperature control of the compartment is all operated by the refrigerating unit. What are the steps and precautions for installing the refrigerating unit.
The closer the main unit of the small refrigerated truck is to the evaporator, the better, and it is easy to maintain and has good heat dissipation. If it is moved out, a canopy should be installed. The four corners of the main unit should be equipped with anti-vibration gaskets.
1. Radiator installation
The radiator should be placed as close to the host as possible. It is best to place the radiator in the upper position. The radiator installation position has the best heat dissipation environment. The air inlet should not face the air outlet of other equipment, especially oily gas, and the air outlet should not be short-circuited or faced. Other windows (especially residential windows) and equipment should be 2M above the ground, and the installation level should be firm.
2. Copper pipe discharge
All copper pipes need to be worn separately with insulated pipes and the wires in the same direction should be wrapped together with air-conditioning ties. Try to use straight pipes and fix them in sections. The joints of the insulated pipes and the insulated pipes should be tightly sealed with electrical tape.
3. Configure the wires according to the performance of the electrical appliances, the wire diameter meets the requirements, the joints are firm, and the pipes need to be protected to save money, and the power connection is correct. The wire enters the evaporator junction box hole and needs to be sealed with silica gel. If the lamp is connected to a power of 36V or higher, a grounding wire is required. The electrical cabinet of the host needs a three-phase five-wire system, which must be reliably grounded.
4. Discharge of wires. All wires must be protected by corrugated hoses or cable troughs, except that they are tied up with air-conditioning ties. The temperature display wires should not be close to the wires as much as possible.
5. The connection of the refrigeration system is compressed and sealed in the factory for the condenser and evaporator of the main engine, so there should be pressure when opening the package, and it can be checked for leaks. The copper pipes should have dust sealing measures at both ends of the factory, and pay attention to the construction. Seal at any time to prevent dust from entering the pipe, condenser→host→evaporator, copper pipe connection is welded, and the interface is firm and beautiful.
