First, the appearance of truck refrigeration unit maintenance:
(1) After snow days, the car should be washed in time to remove snow water with acidic and corrosive substances to avoid damage to the paint and premature rust.
(2) Warm water should be used for cleaning vehicles in winter, and should not be washed directly with cold water. Especially after the engine heats up, the cold water cleaning will rapidly cool down, causing the paint on the hood surface to crack. After flushing, the door should be opened in time to dry the water traces to prevent residual water from freezing at the joints, freezing the doors, and not forcibly opening and closing the windows when they are frozen.
Second, oil conservation
(1) Special oil should be replaced in winter. Preventing the viscosity of ordinary lubricating oil from deteriorating due to temperature drop, resulting in difficulty in cold start of the car, and serious accidents such as burning the shaft and holding the shaft.
(2) The freezing point of the antifreeze should be lower than the lower temperature of the region by about 10 °C, at least every two years. If water has been added to the antifreeze, the antifreeze must be replaced.
Third, electrical maintenance:
(1) In winter, the truck refrigeration unit consumes a large amount of electricity, and it is necessary to timely care for the battery. Remove oxides from the battery pile head and replenish distilled water. Too low a temperature will greatly reduce the battery capacity and make a better charge. The life of a typical battery is two to three years. If the battery is near the end of its life, especially the automatic car, it is better to replace it in advance to prevent accidents.
(2) When the cold start is difficult, it should be started again every 30 seconds or so. Avoid continuous ignition to prevent the starter from being damaged and the battery running out of power.
(3) The temperature difference between the inside and outside of the winter car is large, and the window is easy to fog and affect the line of sight. Therefore, the electric heating wire of the windshield, the side window air outlet and the rear window should be kept in good condition.
(4) In the winter, the vehicle should be ignited first, and after the engine is working normally, the electric equipment such as headlights should be turned on; when parking, the electric appliance should be turned off first, then the flame should be turned off.
