Excessive loading exceeds the actual requirements of the truck reefer unit, resulting in obstructed air circulation in the compartment and any obstruction around the cargo. Therefore, it is necessary to ensure that the cargo compartment is ventilated on six sides when loading, and the cargo is prohibited from any obstruction, and good air circulation is maintained. This is the top priority to ensure that the temperature of the cargo reaches the standard during the transportation. If the cargo is blocked, it can directly cause cold (hot) gas to enter the cargo, causing the temperature of the cargo to change.
Ensure that the air return shutter is in good condition, and remember not to block the return air outlet of the evaporator, because insufficient return air can cause irregular cold air circulation and cause icing on the top of the cargo.
