The main reasons for the deterioration of the refrigerating effect of refrigerated trucks are as follows:
First, as the use of refrigerated trucks becomes longer, the components of transport refrigeration system may become aging and loose, which will cause refrigerant leakage in the refrigeration system of the refrigerated truck, resulting in insufficient refrigeration capacity of the refrigerated truck, so the owner feel that the cooling effect is getting worse. In this case, as long as the refrigerated truck can be inspected and maintained regularly, this situation can basically be avoided.
Second, long-term carelessness in the hygiene of the refrigerated truck box has caused the cooling effect of truck refrigeration system to decrease. The interior of the carriage must be kept clean; there should be no wrapping paper and paper scraps on the ground; the scraps will obstruct the air flow or be inhaled by the evaporator.
When using a refrigerated truck, the floor of the truck should be kept clean. Due to the action of the evaporator fan, air will circulate in the compartment, causing debris or dirt on the ground to be sucked in by the evaporator fan. Long-term action will cause a large amount of impurities to be sucked into the evaporator coil, thereby affecting the cooling effect of the refrigeration unit. Because the coil will be surrounded by impurities a little bit, the heat exchange rate of the coil will decrease. Therefore, after a few years of use of the refrigerated truck, everyone will feel that the refrigeration effect is not as good as the beginning. In addition to the cause of its failure, it is because the coil is too dirty.
Third, the installation process of transport refrigeration system:
1.truck refrigeration system have a tight vacuuming time when they are installed. Failure to vacuum properly may cause the cooling effect to slow down.
2. The pressure of Freon is generally around 25.5 in summer when the unit is installed, and it can be slightly higher by 2 atmospheres in winter. Once the transport refrigeration system is started to refuel, it will alarm and severely break the refrigeration hose joint.
3. Rubber joint fasteners, this is one of the most serious and the simplest and most prone to problems. If the sealing joint is not firm, it will cause the leakage of Freon, which will cause the temperature to not come down.
